  • AI enthusiast

Creating intelligence is my passion. I bring autonomy to autonomous cars, aerial vehicles, robots, data systems, and computer games.

  • ML/RL expertise

Deep learning is the key piece in complex hierarchical solutions I architect at Boeing.

  • Decision-making

Reinforcement learning (RL) is the main direction of my PhD dissertation at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC).

About Me

Who Is That Guy?

Hi, I'm Denis Osipychev. I am an enthusiast in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Reinforcement Learning (RL), and Machine Learning (ML). I develop complex systems that can solve non-trivial tasks, adapt to changes in the enviroment, make sequential decisions, and even compete with a human. Does this sound exciting? Believe me, it truly does.

Currently, I am an AI Software Engineer at Boeing Research and Technology (BR&T) located in Huntsville, Alabama. Beside my main job, I am also a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. My research is in multi-agent decision making, collaborative deep learning, and optimization.

I've received my M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University where I worked on autonomous driving, behavior recognition, and human-in-the-loop systems.
